Brenden Lynch is an experienced writer/editor, event coordinator, project manager, salesman, independent musician, and communications professional.

He works for BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, where he plays a brand advocacy and knowledge support role hosting beer tasting dinners and special events.

A graduate of the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication, he has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.

Before attending the university, he was a wireless communications sales and operations leader for six years. While completing his degree he wrote for the Oregon chapter of Spoon University, a nationwide internet food culture publication based in New York City.

In his leisure time he coordinated, hosted and promoted a thriving weekly/monthly hip-hop event in downtown Eugene for over five years.

Under his alias Cerebral Coretext, he’s had some regional success as an artist and lyricist in the Pacific Northwest, with nine independent albums released and over five hundred shows performed alongside numerous nationally recognized acts from the U.S. and Canada.

Brenden has been passionately coordinating events, creating content, and doing communications work for over ten years while playing an involved role in his community.

He currently seeks to integrate his diverse background and unique skill set into a professional position in the communications field.

He lives in Eugene, Oregon with his wife and son.
